Invite & Earn
Bring your crew. Earn BOB units when the businesses you invite get going.
Share your invite link, or a custom usebobai.com/ref/username link. Your friend gets bonus units when they start a business, and you earn units when their business makes its first payment. Accountants and agencies can apply to the partner program.
Get your invite link
Sign up, then open Settings → Invite & earn to copy your link or choose a username.
Your Invite Link
- Find your link in Settings → Invite & earn, with one-tap sharing to WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn and email.
- Choose a unique username for a personal link like usebobai.com/ref/yourname.
- Track invites, businesses started, paid conversions and units earned. People you invite stay anonymous to you.
Made With BOB
- Booking pages, Meet invites, website chat and shared pictures carry a small "Made with BOB" link.
- Switch on crediting and sign-ups from those links count as your invites.
- Visitors are not tracked: BOB only knows which workspace the link came from.
Partner Program
- Accountants, bookkeepers and agencies apply in the app, and every application is reviewed by our team.
- Approved partners earn an agreed share of the units each referred business buys, for an agreed number of months.
- A partner dashboard shows businesses referred, paid purchases and units earned.

Questions people ask
FAQ
What does my friend get?
Bonus BOB units when they start their first business workspace. Current amounts are shown in Settings → Invite & earn.
When do I get my reward?
After the business you invited makes its first confirmed payment. Rewards are units, never cash, and monthly limits apply.
How do username links work?
Pick a unique username (3–20 letters, numbers or underscores) and your link becomes usebobai.com/ref/yourname. Some names, like admin or support, are reserved.
Can I change my username?
Yes, any time. Links with your old username stop working, but your original invite link always works.
Who counts as an eligible invite?
A new account that signs up within 30 days of opening your link and starts a business. Self-invites and businesses you already belong to don't count, and each business earns one reward.
How do partners get approved?
Apply in Settings → Invite & earn. Our team reviews each application and agrees the share and duration with you.
